Registration By registering for the 14th Africa Ministerial Cooperative Conference (AMCCO), you agree to provide accurate information and to comply with the event requirements. 2. Payment All fees must be paid in full through our secure payment gateway before your registration is confirmed. 3. Confirmation A confirmation email will be sent once your payment is processed successfully. 5. Changes to Event ICA-Africa reserves the right to make changes to the agenda, speakers, venue, or programme as necessary. 6. Privacy Your personal data will be used only for purposes related to this event and will not be shared with third parties without your consent. Refund Policy At International Cooperative Alliance-Africa (ICA-Africa), we value your participation in the conference. We understand that circumstances may arise that necessitate a refund of your registration fee. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which you may be eligible for a refund of your registration fees. Refund Eligibility: 1.1 Cancellation received 14 working days prior to the Conference: If you cancel your registration 14 working days before the commencement of the Conference, you are eligible for a full refund of the registration fee paid by the organization or individual requesting the refund. Cancelation charges will apply at 50% of the registration fees for cancellation within 7 working days before the event and 100% of the registration fees within 48 hours of the event. 1.2 Event Cancellation: In the event that International Cooperative Alliance-Africa (ICA-Africa) cancels the event or program for which you have registered, you will receive a full refund of your registration fee. Refund Request Procedure: 2.1 To request a refund, please send an email to info@icaafrica.coop with the subject line "Refund Request - [Event/Program Name]." In your email, provide the following information: - Your full name - Registration confirmation - Reason for the refund request - Any supporting documentation (if applicable) 2.2 Our team will review your refund request within 3 business days and notify you of the decision. Refund Process: 3.1 If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed using a SWIFT Transfer to your account. It may take up to 3 business days for the refund to appear in your account. 3.2 If your payment was made by credit card, please allow up to 2 business days for the refund to be processed.
